Debbie Cooley is the founder and president of M-PAK, Inc. Before starting the company, Cooley spent nearly two decades in sales, building a wide network of industry contacts. Her experience and focus put M-PAK on the map as the go-to source for protection and packaging solutions. Cooley attended The University of Texas at Austin and is an avid Longhorn and even has a Longhorn named Beva. She currently serves on the boards of Neeley School of Business for Entrepreneurship, TCU Women and Gender Studies, Women’s Policy Forum of Tarrant County, The Parenting Center and Como Lionsheart. She’s a third-generation Texan and currently has a home near Fort Worth, TX, on several acres with cows, cats and dogs. In her free time, Cooley enjoys adventure travel, and spending time with her grandchildren.
