Kelly joined the M-PAK Team in 2015. She thoroughly enjoys her contact with people and M-PAK’s service-oriented environment. With more than 30 years of customer service experience, Kelly’s customer-focused approach and sociable nature have earned her multiple customer service awards during her career. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in M-PAK’s tactical products and services. Her strengths in problem solving and effective communication has developed a vital relationship with her customers. Kelly’s knowledge, professionalism, patience, and a people-first approach are invaluable to M-PAK. Outside work, she enjoys traveling-having traveled to several countries in Latin American and Europe, watching movies with her family, and winning on family game night.
