Customer Service – Packaging

Rhonda Baker joined the M-PAK team in 2011 with many years of customer service and sales support experience. At M-PAK, Rhonda is focused on building strong relationships with clients. In addition to client relations, she is responsible for order requests, quotes, and general troubleshooting. Rhonda has recently moved back to her home state of Louisiana after living in Texas for many years. Working remotely has been very successful, she is a customer favorite and an important asset to M-PAK. Rhonda is active in a local non-profit revitalizing her city. She and her husband are parents to two four-legged children: Boots and Dak.
